Making foam anti-stress figures
Foam figures (known as stress balls) are foam objects that are moulded to the design and dyed, painted or personalised with decals.
Foam figures are a great way to relieve stress and strengthen the hand. Foam anti-stress figures are a great promotional gift for all your partners and colleagues.
The minimum order quantity is 1000 pieces for custom-made shapes. This quantity allows to amortize the price of the mould necessary for the manufacture and to obtain a good unit price.
It is possible to personalise foam figurines on existing models (example: stress ball, cube, heart shape, etc.). In this case, the personalisation of the figurine will be on the colours and logos.
How it works and how it is created
Upon receipt of your request, we will provide you with an estimate for the production of the prototype (price: 300€ excl. VAT).
This price includes the graphic design, the realization of the prototype and its delivery to your home. The price of the prototype is deducted from the final invoice for any order of minimum 1000 pieces.
Custom made figurine creation
- Making the prototype of the custom-made figure and you validate the steps of the making on photos. (7 - 15 days).
- Receipt of your prototype figure at your home for final validation. (Deadline: 7 days).
- Production of your figurines in series (lead time depending on the quantity from 4 to 8 weeks) and delivery of your goods to your home or to your customer. The cost of the prototype is deducted from the final invoice.
- NOTE: changes once the manufacturing process has started will not be feasible. It is therefore important to pay attention to detail during the design stage.
