At Ma Mascotte, we create and manufacture your custom made plush toys according to your needs. Advertising plush toys are unique creations and can therefore be personalised at will (goodies, advertising plush toys, personalised plush toys, giant plush toys, custom made).

We create and produce your custom made Plush Toys according to your specifications (design, colours, logos, etc.).

Information on plush toys

Plush toys can be made in any size from 10cm (key ring size) to full size giant plush toys (200cm or 300cm). Most of the time, we make plush toys from 10cm to 30cm.

Composition of the plush toys

The custom made Plush Toys are made from different types of fabric and stuffing (cotton polyester). The details and logos of the plush toys are embroidered or screen printed. Plastic parts can be used for the eyes, nose or other elements.

The different parts of the plush toy are sewn together. The labels of the plush toys can also be personalised with text and logos in colour.

  • NOTE:
    1. The plush toys manufactured meet the requirements of the CE and EN71 standards. Tests and certificate of conformity: cost to be expected for any serial order.
    2. Depending on the detail and complexity of the custom-made plush toy to be made, too small plush toys may not be feasible.
    3. For large orders (over 3000 pieces), a sea import (by ship) is possible to lower the unit price of the plush toy. The import/delivery time is 1-2 months.

How it works and how it is created/manufactured

Information

Step 1: Request a plush toy

Send us your graphic elements (drawing, photos, sketches, models) of the plush toy to be made. Please provide as many details and information as possible for a more precise answer (constraints, deadlines, quantity, specificities, logos ….). Ma Mascotte will reply to your request for a quote within 48 hours. If you are not sure of the plush toy you want to make or if you don’t have any idea, we offer a complete plush toy creation service; more information on the graphic creation page.
Quote

Step 2: Issue a quote

If necessary, we will ask you for more information about your project and to draw up a detailed quote for the making of your custom made plush toy. To start your project, we will ask you to return the signed and accepted quote with a 30% deposit.
Graphic design

Step 3: Graphic design plush toy

After acceptance of the quote, we will create the graphic design of your custom made plush toy. This is a graphic simulation in full colour of the front, back and profile, taking into account your needs and constraints. Deadline: 7 days. The plush toy will be made according to the graphic creation; it is important to check the coherence of the design. Any modification after the validation will not be taken into account.
Prototyping

Step 4: Making the prototype

Creation of the prototype of the custom-made plush toy and validation of the manufacturing steps on photos. Deadlines: 15 to 20 days.
Validation

Step 5: Final approval and delivery of your prototype plush toy

Receipt of the prototype at your place for final validation. Delivery time: 7 days.
Manufacturing

Step 6: Mass production of your plush toys

Start of the production of your plush toys in series (time depending on the quantity from 30 to 60 days) and delivery of your goods to your home or to your customer. The cost of the prototype is deducted from the final invoice.
